Members of the Emmaus High School Class of 1948 met at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, 3400 Lehigh St., Allentown, Oct. 9 to talk about life since high school and remember the good times they shared. Attendees included, back row, left to right: Ray Leibensperger, Martha Conrad (Engelman), Charlotte Brandmeir (Fischer); front row, left to right: Fern Druckenmiller (Hepler) and Milly Gross (Lorah). Missing from photo was Floyd Keim. In 1948, The Philadelphia Eagles were the NFL champs, the Toronto Maple Leafs clinched the Stanley Cup and the Cleveland Indians won the World Series.
