The Catasauqua Community Cares Program, through the Catasauqua Area School District, is collecting new and gently used coats, hats and gloves. The winter wear will be distributed to the students and families 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 18.

Last year, the program was able to distribute more than 150 coats, so please consider helping to keep Catasauqua kids warm this winter. All sizes are welcome.

Proof of residency will be required for the distribution day.

Winter wear donations can be dropped off 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the district office, next to Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St., Catasauqua. Monetary donations are also accepted by dropping off or mailing checks to the district office, payable to CASD/C3P.
