The Horner’s Cemetery Historical Society committee will next meet 1 p.m. Oct. 21 at Horner’s Cemetery, 4965 Nor-Bath Blvd., East Allen Township.
Tales from Tombstones will be 1-3 p.m. Oct. 21. This event is part of the cemetery’s 295th anniversary.

Wildlands Conservancy’s fall 2023 photography contest began Oct. 1. Celebrating all 14 of the Wildlands Conservancy nature preserves, entries will be accepted in a number of categories, including landscapes, macro, fauna, flora, family and friends. Your subject can be anything, if it is appropriate and falls under the nature category.
The contest will end 11:59 p.m. Nov. 30.

Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township, is open for free tours of the three historic buildings, grounds and the new museum 1-3 p.m. Oct. 21 and Nov. 18. No reservations are needed.
