Chocolate Trail - Spooky Edition with costume contest, prizes. Pick up a nonrefundable, transferrable passport (there is a cost), a carrier and a map atvisithistoricbethlehem.com/event/chocolate-trail-spooky-edition/. Costumes judged upon arrival at check-in. Passports have a QR code voting site to scan. Winners announced on Facebook Oct. 31. Complete trail and vote for a chance to win a $100 Downtown Bethlehem Gift Certificate. Must be 21 and over.
