Timothy A. Drabick

Timothy A. Drabick, 45, of Burlington, N.J., died Aug. 30, 2023.

The husband of Rebecca A. (Cottrill) Drabick, the couple was married one year in January.

He was a certified and licensed orthotist for 21 years, and worked with physiatrists and orthopedic surgeons.

He was skilled in creating custom-designed braces and fitting patients with disorders of the nerves, muscles or bones.

His empathy and compassion for people and his passion for this field, proved him to be an excellent health care practitioner.

A 1996 graduate of Parkland High School, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania and his Certificate in Orthotics from Northwestern University.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Stephen J. Drabick, O.D. and Rae Ann (Haas) Drabick of South Whitehall Township.

A talented saxophone player and former member of the York College Jazz Ensemble, he loved attending concerts, collecting baseball and basketball cards, spending time with his grandkids and working out at the gym with his wife.

He and his wife enjoyed many wonderful times together in their favorite historic town of Jim Thorpe, as well as Cape May, N.J., and family vacations to OCMD.

An amazing cook, he could always be found in his kitchen creating delicious culinary delights for his beloved family.

He enjoyed gardening and helping his wife decorate for all the holidays.

He will be remembered as having a beautiful soul inside and out.

His smile and laughter would light up a whole room.

He cared so deeply for the people around him and made an impact on many lives.

He will be forever missed.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a brother Justin M. Drabick and his wife, Veronica, of Havre de Grace, Md.; niece Victoria Drabick; nephew Todd Drabick; stepsons Joseph Jr., Danyl and Antonio Concepcion; stepdaughter Isabella Concepcion; step-grandchildren Jaylyn and Isaac Concepion; his beloved dog, Baby; and beloved cats Mama Kitty and Freddie.

A celebration of life luncheon will take place noon Oct. 28 at the Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave., Northampton, PA 18067.
