Light in the Night Safe Zone Block Party will take place 4-6 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Upper Milford Township Municipal Building, 5671 Chestnut St., Zionsville. The date was reported as Oct. 21 at the Sept. 7 Upper Milford Township Supervisors meeting.
