Wrestling sign-ups are underway. Want your child to learn the value of hard work? Want your child to learn resilience and how to successfully navigate life’s struggles? Looking for an outlet for your child to burn some energy, gain confidence and learn valuable life lessons?
Consider trying out an open session with the Little Zephs wrestling program this season. Registration and the first open mat is Oct. 16.

The Whitehall-Coplay PTO PLUS meeting has been changed to 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at Gockley Elementary School.

Autumn Antics at Zephyr Elementary School is coming up. Mark your calendar and join the fall fun!
Oct. 23: Wear red to rally and stand up for drug awareness.
Oct. 24: Hat day - hats off to say no to drugs.
Oct. 25: Stand up against drugs, and wear your favorite team jersey.
Oct. 26: Wear neon colors. Pack your Halloween costume to bring to school. The parade will be held for families to attend at the turf stadium 2-2:30 p.m.
Oct. 27: Wear spooky colors of orange and black for Halloween.

Do you like cheering? There will be a cheer camp for youth in kindergarten through sixth grade, set for 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 12 in the gymnasium at Zephyr Elementary. Learn cheers and a dance to perform at the youth night basketball game.

Whitehall-Coplay School District is hiring to fill multiple traffic monitor positions across the campus. These individuals will be responsible for regulating traffic throughout the campus during peak times of vehicular flow.
These positions are two hours per day at $15 per hour, approximately 6:50-8:50 a.m., on all student days.

Zephyr Pride Pura Vida bracelets are on sale. The Whitehall High School senior class is selling these bracelets in Zephyr colors for $10. These bracelets are waterproof and adjustable and represent WCSD.
If WHS students are interested in purchasing a bracelet, see Mrs. Shadle in room E108.

There are various supportive services at WHS including small groups, individual counseling and referrals to outside counseling services. A full list of services can be found under the Student Assistance program link on the WHS website.
