Red Ribbon Week will be held Oct. 23-27. The goal of Red Ribbon Week is to raise awareness and increase education about the dangers of substance abuse and to keep kids drug free.

Each day of the week will feature a different dress-up theme. Wear crazy socks Oct. 23; wear sports jerseys and socks Oct. 24; wear mismatched clothes Oct. 25; wear red Oct. 26; and wear Halloween costumes Oct. 27.

Costumes cannot contain a mask, look-a-like weapons or studded spikes. It must be school appropriate, abide by the dress code and must not cause a disruption in class.

There will be early dismissal Oct. 25. CMS students will be dismissed 12:20 p.m.
