Richard M. Stoudt, 87, of Whitehall, died Sept. 18, 2023, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Rose Ann (Kubinsky) Stoudt for 50 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Ernest and Martha (Roth) Krause.

He was a Parkland High School graduate.

He served stateside with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.

He was a lifelong professional electrician with IBEW Local 375 until he retired.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Fullerton Fire Company No. 1, Fullerton American Legion Post 367 and the Coplay Saengerbund.

He is survived by a daughter, Susan R. Julian with husband John of Macungie; three grandchildren, Abigail, Anthony and Caitlin; and a daughter-in-law, Christina of Northampton.

He was predeceased by a son, Richard A. Stoudt; and two sisters, Judith Kubinsky and Jean Knauss.

There will be a viewing 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10:30 a.m., Sept. 28 at St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church, 924 N. Front St., Allentown, 18102.
