AUG. 19

A traffic stop was conducted in the 900 block of Main Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1100 block of Howertown Road, North Catasauqua.

Police responded to a neighbor complaint in the 100 block of West 16th Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and on a male in the 100 block of Lilac Court.

At Canal and West 17th streets, a disturbance was investigated.

AUG. 20

Police assisted a female in the unit block of West 21st Street.

Officers checked the area at the boat launch on Canal Street.

A juvenile issue at Canal and West 14th streets was investigated.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of East 21st Street and the 1200 block of Main Street.

AUG. 21

A male trespassing in the 400 block of East Fourth Street was reported.

Police assisted Pennsylvania State Police-Troop M, Bethlehem, in the 1800 block of Main Street to locate a male.

A neighbor complaint in the 700 block of Dewey Avenue was addressed.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 900 block of Main Street, at West 17th Street and Newport Avenue and the 1200 block of Canal Street.

A suspicious activity report in the 100 block of Held Drive was filed with the department.

AUG. 22

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1600 block of Railroad Street and on a male in the 100 block of Stark Street.

A report of harassment by communication in the 2200 block of Main Street was investigated.

Police assisted a male in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue.

AUG. 23

In the 500 block of East Seventh Street, a juvenile issue was handled.

Police conducted a warrant service in the 1700 block of Railroad Street. A male with multiple warrants out of Northampton and Lehigh counties was taken into custody, transported to the police department and released to Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department.

Traffic stops were conducted at East 12th Street and Atlas Lane, at Main and East 16th streets and at Ridge Alley and East Eighth Street.

A civil matter in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue was addressed by police.

An unwanted male and female in the 1700 block of Main Street were reported.

AUG. 24

Traffic stops were conducted at East 11th Street and Northampton Avenue, at East 10th Street and Siegfried Avenue and at East 10th Street and Washington Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A disturbance in the 100 block of Howertown Road was reported.

AUG. 25

Police assisted a female in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A neighbor complaint in the 2400 block of Dewey Avenue was addressed.

In the 900 block of Main Street, a hit and run occurred. A legally parked vehicle was sideswiped.

Officers responded to a juvenile problem in the 2900 block of Cherryville Road.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1700 block of Franklin Street.

AUG. 26

At West 28th Street and Cherryville Road, a traffic stop was conducted.

Police investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of East 10th Street.

Officers assisted a female in the 1000 block of Main Street.

AUG. 27

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of East 21st Street, at Cherryville Road and Main Street and at West 10th and Canal streets.

A disturbance in the 400 block of East Ninth Street had police at the scene.

A suspicious male in the 300 block of Main Street was reported.

Officers responded to a juvenile problem at Howertown Road and East Ninth Street.

In the 900 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute took place.

AUG. 28

Traffic stops were conducted at East 10th Street and Northampton Avenue, at East 20th Street and Lincoln Avenue, at East 10th Street and Atlas Lane and at Canal and West 21st streets.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of East 17th Street.

AUG. 29

Traffic stops were conducted in the 2100 block of Main Street, at Main and East 19th streets, in the 600 block of East 21st Street and the unit block of West 21st Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 900 block of Main Street and on a female in the 1600 block of Main Street.

Criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue was reported. The windshield of a legally parked vehicle was damaged.

A report of a female trespassing in the 700 block of Main Street was filed with the department.

AUG. 30

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street and at East 21st and Main streets.

A suspicious female in the 1300 block of Stewart Street was reported.

In the 2000 block of Center Street, a hit and run had police at the scene. A blue SUV pulling a trailer hit two legally parked vehicles, per the witness. Officers were able to locate the offending vehicle.

AUG. 31

Officers assisted males in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue and the 100 block of Meadow Lane and females in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue and at Canal and West 14th streets.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Laubach Avenue.

SEPT. 1

Traffic stops were conducted at East 23rd Street and Washington Avenue, in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue and the unit block of West 21st Street.

A suspicious male in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported.

In the 2300 block of Washington Avenue, a juvenile issue was investigated.

SEPT. 2

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of West 21st Street, at East 21st Street and Lincoln Avenue and East 10th Street and Dewey Avenue.

Reportable accidents involving two vehicles took place in the 2100 block of Main Street and at East Fourth Street and Howertown Road.

A hit and run in the 2000 block of Main Street occurred. The driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

At Ridge Alley and East 15th Street, a juvenile issue had police at the scene.

Police responded to a civil matter in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

In the 1700 block of Main Street, a report of a disturbance brought out police.

SEPT. 3

Officers assisted a male in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1000 block of Main Street, the 2500 block of Cherryville Road, at Main and East 15th streets, in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue, at Canal and Stewart streets and at Main and Almond streets.

SEPT. 4

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1700 block of Main Street and on a male in the 2900 block of Center Road.

Traffic stops were conducted at East 19th Street and Lincoln Avenue, at Main and East 18th streets and at Main and East 15th streets.

A loud music complaint was handled in the 1700 block of Main Street.

At Canal and West 14th streets, officers checked the area.

An unattended death in the 100 block of West 27th Street was reported.

SEPT. 5

A harassment report in the 1600 block of Railroad Street was investigated.

In the 1800 block of Washington Avenue, a report of a disturbance was handled.

Traffic stops were conducted at Dewey Avenue and East 22nd Street, at Main and East Ninth streets, at East 11th and Cherry streets, at Canal and West 14th streets and in the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 1600 block of Railroad Street.

At East Ninth Street and Dewey Avenue, a report of a juvenile issue was handled.

Police responded to a civil matter in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

SEPT. 6

Officers checked on the welfare of females in the 2300 block of Main Street and the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.

A civil matter in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue was reported.

Officers investigated a report of computer fraud in the 500 block of Howertown Road.

A suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Washington Avenue was investigated.

Police assisted males in the 800 block of Held Drive and the unit block of Lerchenmiller Drive.

At East 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue, a traffic stop was conducted.

A report of identity fraud in the unit block of West Fourth Street was filed with the department.

In the 700 block of Dewey Avenue, a report of a juvenile issue had police at the scene.
