Jack W. Zacharda, 71, of Emmaus, died Sept. 12, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown. He was the loving husband of Bernadette (Datz) Zacharda for six years. Born in Emmaus, he was a son of the late Frank and Hilda (Kline) Zacharda.

He graduated from Emmaus High School in 1970 and worked as a plumber for Young Plumbing in Bethlehem.

He enjoyed golfing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife; son, Jason and his wife, Sue; daughter, Tori Simmons and her husband, Chris; stepdaughters, Jennifer and her husband, Mike Josselyn, Danielle Landers-Nolan and her husband, Geoff, Alison Prisco and her husband, Bryan, Tina Lane and her husband, Bill Klink; stepson, Tom Miller and his wife, Tonya; 13 grandchildren; brothers, Dick and his wife, Millie, Butch and his wife, Judy, sister, Barb Hallman and her husband, Joe.

All are welcome to celebrate Jack’s life, 1 p.m. Sept. 30 in Emaus Fire Co. #1, 50 S. Sixth St., Emmaus, 18049.
