Fall festival is held despite the rain

The arrival of tropical storm Ophelia does nothing to dampen the spirits of Jaelynn and Brookelynn Smith at the Lower Milford Township Fall Festival Sept. 23. With the help of their mom Kallyn the girls stay dry while creating three scarecrows named Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine and Bud.
