Robbery
Two 15-year-old males, of Emmaus were arrested Aug. 18 for alleged robbery, simple assault and criminal conspiracy following an incident at Emmaus Community Park, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
A 57-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 27 in the 200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard for allegedly driving under the influence and other charges, according to Emmaus police.
A 20-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 17 in the 100 block of Harrison Street for allegedly driving under the influence, accidents involving unattended vehicles or property, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages, according to Emmaus police.
A 28-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 20 in the 100 block of Minor Street for allegedly driving under the influence and maximum speed limits, according to Emmaus police.
A 39-year-old male, of Altoona, was arrested Aug. 31 for allegedly driving under the influence, stop signs and yield signs violations and driving a vehicle at a safe speed in the area of North Street and Macungie Avenue, according to Emmaus police.
Simple possession
A 20-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 23 for alleged simple possession in the 200 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police.
Retail theft
A 36-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested Aug. 17 for alleged retail theft of less than $150 at Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police.
A 25-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, both of Brooklyn N.Y., allegedly removed pharmaceuticals valued at $1,864.19 at Weis Markets 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed Sept. 19, according to authorities.
A 13-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged Sept. 19 with alleged retail theft at Rite Aid, 1328 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident of alleged retail theft happened July 31.
A 58-year-old female, of Macungie, was charged Sept. 9 with alleged retail theft third offense at Weis Markets 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident of alleged retail theft happened July 14.
Two alcoholic beverages, valued at $8, were removed from Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 9.
Bundled firewood, valued at $153.34, was removed from Weis Markets 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 11.
Harassment
A 50-year-old male, of Bloomsburg, was arrested Aug. 12 for alleged harassment, according to Emmaus police.
A 26-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was arrested Aug. 15 for alleged harassment, according to Emmaus police.
Criminal trespass
A 39-year-old male, of Altoona, was charged with alleged criminal trespass, harassment and public drunkenness following an incident Sept. 1, according to Emmaus police.
A 25-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 13 for alleged criminal trespass and harassment following an incident in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.
Criminal mischief
A 29-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 3 with alleged criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following an incident Aug. 24 in the 300 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police.
A vehicle parked in the unit block of South Second Street was egged, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 6.
A flowerpot was damaged in the 400 block of Ridge Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 25.
Theft from vehicle
Someone removed a gym bag and numerous other items from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Evergreen Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 17.
Someone removed a registration from a vehicle in the 900 block of Fernwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 21.
Someone removed a document from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of Henry Drive, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 18.
Attempted theft from vehicle
A 38-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged Sept. 9 with alleged attempted theft from a motor vehicle over $200 after an incident at Top Star gas station, 14 Main St., according to Emmaus police.
Multiple vehicles were rummaged through while parked at Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care, 950 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 22. No items appeared to have been taken from the vehicles.
Vandalism
A window in a RV was broken while it was parked in the 900 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 14.
Theft
A wallet containing cash and credit cards was removed from American Dry Cleaners 1025 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 14.
A microwave, valued at $1,000, was removed from a residence under construction in the 3000 block of Gentlewind Way, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 16.
An American flag, valued at $50, was removed from a residence in the 200 block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 21.
A phone, valued at $700, was removed after being left in a restroom at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 24.

Property damage
A window of a residence in the 200 block of South 16th Street was found to be cracked due to a small object striking the window, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported July 25.
Found property
A set of keys was found in the 300 block of North Sixth Street Aug. 3, according to Emmaus police. The keys were taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
A black wallet was found in the 400 block of South 10th Street Aug. 14, according to Emmaus police. The wallet was taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

Disorderly conduct
A 46-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 1 for alleged disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident in the unit block of South Lehigh Street, according to Emmaus police.
