Siegfried families meet teachers, visit club representatives
Siegfried Elementary School welcomed students and parents/guardians to meet the teachers Sept. 7. Principal Douglas Sherman greeted all visitors at the door and provided a brief rundown of what to expect when going into the elementary school.
Parents/guardians were able to visit their child’s classroom and check out newly displayed artwork students had completed during their first few weeks back in class.
Along with talking to teachers, parent/guardians had the opportunity to review some clubs and organizations at displays scattered throughout the building. Northampton Area Middle School student Abigail Thierer was stationed with the Girl Scout Troop 8614 table, where she provided welcome packets and information on joining the troop.
