Nancy Krynack, 95, died Sept. 14, 2023, at Providence Place in Pottsville. She was the wife of the late John J. Krynack.

Born in Ormrod, she was a daughter of Ukrainian immigrants Paul Nush Sr. and Tekla Gulla.

She was a sewing machine operator for many years and sewed uniforms for American soldiers in World War II.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Ann Coles and her husband Gary L. of New Ringgold; a granddaughter, Gretchen Coles Sterns and her husband Joseph D. Sterns of Deer Lake; a grandson, Jonathan David Coles of Alexandria, Va.; two great-grandsons, Samuel and Luke Sterns; two sisters, Mary Nush and Catherine Macsisak; and two brothers, John Nush and Paul Nush.

She was predeceased by a brother, Peter Nush; and three sisters, Anna Lauser, Rose Radon and Irene Mitch.
