Whitehall’s boys team was a 1-0 winner over Becahi, on Sept. 8.
Oscar Vasquez netted the game-winner for the Zephyrs before the match was called for lightning with 12 plus minutes remaining.
Whitehall was coming off a 2-1 overtime win against Easton two days earlier. Valentin Lezcano and John Hanna were the Zephyrs’ Men of the Match in that game with the Red Rovers.
On Sept. 11, Freedom hosted Whitehall and defeated the Zephyrs, 2-0.
Dom Roszkowski and Corey James scored the Patriots’ goals on assists by Michael Deluhery. Freedom goalie Micah Lawser had the clean sheet.

In field hockey, the girls dropped a 3-2 game to Hazelton.
Hazelton got off to a 1-0 lead when Abby Smithnosky scored on a pass from Faith Rosso.
The Zephs would tie the game at 1-1 when Kerigan Dreisbach scored on a pass from Lydia Keppel.
But Hazelton would respond with another goal to make it 2-1, this time unassisted by Kyle Sisock.
Back came Whitehall and the girls tied the game at 2-2 when Molly McFetridge scored an unassisted goal.
Hazelton’s Brynn Newborn notched the eventual game-winning goal to make it 3-2.
Whitehall dropped a 2-0 game to Northampton.
Mya Keppel scored first for the Kids and was assisted by Brooke Saul.
Mackenzie Connell scored unassisted for the second goal.

Parkland defeated Whitehall in volleyball 25-14, 25-10, 25-9.
Ava Best had 8 kills and Maggie Smith added 30 assists, 6 aces and 5 digs.
Genda Avidjaj had 7 kills and 7 digs. No other information was available.
