The Sheckler Elementary School fourth-grade instrumental demonstration night will take place 6-8 p.m. Sept. 16.

The Girls on the Run program is set to meet 3:15-4:45 p.m. Sept. 18.

Practices will follow Sept. 19, 25 and 26 for the same scheduled time.

Sheckler Elementary will have an early dismissal Sept. 20.

Students will be dismissed 1:30 p.m.

Meet the teacher night is set for Sept. 21. Two sessions will be available: 6:10 p.m. and 6:40 p.m.

Picture day will be Sept. 26. More information on ordering will be provided soon.

There will be no school on Columbus Day, Oct. 9.

Catasauqua Area School District Board of Education will next meet 7 p.m. Oct. 10 in the board room at 201. N. 14th St., Catasauqua.

From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 12 and Nov. 9, there will be Home and School meetings.

Students will be dismissed early - 1:30 p.m. - Oct. 25.

On Nov. 10, students will not have classes. Teachers will take part in an Act 80 teacher professional day.
