The ninth annual Kempton Antique Show, presented by Antique Dealers Association of Berks County, will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 14. This year, 40-45 exhibitors will gather in the renovated community center, located at 83 Community Center Drive, displaying their finest treasures and collectibles, all for sale.

Shown will be Pennsylvania country furniture; quilts; textiles, including coverlets, rag rugs, hooked rugs and fine samplers; and pottery, including redware, decorated stoneware and ceramics, such as Staffordshire.

There will also be vintage toys of tin and wood, some fabricated of celluloid. Metalware will include pewter, tin, cast iron and hand-forged pieces.

Folk carvings, weather vanes, baskets, kitchen collectibles, estate jewelry, illustration art and much more can also be found at the show.

Food will be available, and parking is free.

There is an admission charge. If you present your show card or ad, the cost is cheaper.
