Dr. Pasquale J. Fugazzotto, 92, of Allentown, died Sept. 4, 2023, at his home. Born in Johnstown, N.Y., he was the son of the late John and Angelina Fugazzotto.

He graduated from Union College and Albany Medical School.

He served as a captain in the Army in Nuremberg Germany from 1961 to 1963.

He started ABC Pediatrics and spent decades caring for adolescents, babies and children.

He is survived by a sister, Grace Lomanto, of Gloversville, N.Y.; 10 children and their spouses; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; former wife, Patricia Newell Fugazzotto. He was predeceased by wife, Deborah and son, Joseph.

He will be missed by his chocolate lab, Stella.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Sept. 14 in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield. Arrangements are entrusted to the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
