Barbara Ann Roth Diehl, 84, formerly of Schnecksville, died Sept. 6, 2023, at Complete Care at Lehigh, where she resided. She was the wife of the late John R. Diehl Jr.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Alex and Arlene (Gross) Mitchell.

She was a sewing machine operator for many years at the former Cross Country Clothes. She retired from Rosenbluth Travel, Fogelsville, where she was a receptionist and secretary.

She was a member of Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church, Orefield.

She is survived by four daughters, Sue Tracy Boyd with Gerald of Arizona, Tina Minnich with Kevin of Slatington, Sharon Roth DeFulvio with Douglas of Conshohocken and Jean A. Miller with Matthew of New Tripoli; five grandchildren, Danny Tracy, Megan Miller, Jackie Amey, Alex Tracy and Andrea Miller; a great-grandson, Owen Amey; three brothers, Richard Mitchell of Lehighton, Ronald Mitchell of Northampton and Alex Mitchell of Bethlehem; and two sisters, Charmaine Hellman of Whitehall and Debra Sodl of Northampton.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Carol Jean Roth; and two brothers, George and Robert Mitchell.

There will be a calling hour 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service 11 a.m., Sept. 14 at the funeral home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
