Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will meet Sept. 13 at Northampton Banquet and Events Center, 1601 Laubach Ave. Doors open 11 a.m.

All members are cordially invited to attend, and we welcome any new members interested in visiting or joining.

Reminders: Delivery of mums ordered from Northampton Area Historical Society will be at Siegfried Station, 21st Street, 8-11 a.m. Sept. 9.

The Uptown Northampton Street Fair is scheduled to begin 11 a.m. Sept. 9 on Main Street. The event will feature local merchants, craft vendors, live music, family friendly fun, demonstrations, food trucks, beer and adult beverages, rock climbing and more!

Northampton Joint Veterans Organization will be holding an event 11:30 a.m. Sept. 16 at Veterans Plaza, 14th Street and Washington Avenue. The event will honor POW/MIA military men and women. All are invited to attend.

The rain date will be Sept. 17.

Grace United Church of Christ, 902 Lincoln Ave., is having a hoagie and sandwich sale. The hoagies are Italian or tuna, and the sandwiches are ham and cheese or tuna.

Order forms can be picked up in the church office 9 a.m.-1 p.m. weekdays or downloaded on the church website at graceuccchurch.com.

Orders and payment are due by Sept. 17. The pickup date is 4-6 p.m. Sept. 20 at the church.
