Loretta S. Wotring, 99, of Boynton Beach, Fla., and Schnecksville, died peacefully Aug. 23, 2023, in The Palmerton, assisted living facility.

She was the wife of the late Roy T. Wotring Jr.

Born March 19, 1924, in Walnutport, she was the daughter of the late Delbert F. and Effie M. (Newhart) Fatzinger.

She was a teller and bookkeeper from 1970-80 at The Neffs National Bank.

Before that, she worked in the accounting department for Sears Department Store, Whitehall, and was a secretary for the Pennsylvania Co-Operative Potato Growers Association.

She was a member of the Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

Her survivors include son-in-law Wayne H. Rodgers of Walnutport; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Carol S. Rodgers, and sisters Audrey J. Werley and Harriet M. Phillips.
