Catasauqua Area School District utilizes PowerSchool for the student information system. This web-based solution effectively manages administrative functions, such as grading, attendance and scheduling. PowerSchool enables parents/guardians and students to securely access current school assignments, grades and attendance.

To utilize PowerSchool, parents/guardians should refer to the PowerSchool Mobile for Students and Parents webpage for more information.

The SwiftK12 Power Announcement Notification Service allows CASD to notify you via telephone or email message about important information regarding school delays and cancellations, as well as to remind you about report card distributions, open houses, field trips and more. The system will also inform parents/guardians when their child is absent from school. In the event of an emergency at school, you will be informed immediately.

You must register for this service by completing a registration form for each child you have in CASD and returning the forms to the main office. If you have registered in the past, you do not need to re-register.

Skyward Family Access is Lehigh Career & Technical Institute’s parent/guardian information and communication portal. This web-based information center is a secure way for parents/guardians to find out information almost immediately regarding student grades, discipline, attendance and assignments.

Skyward Family Access is different than Student Skyward Access. Parents/guardians have a separate username and password than their student. Students should click “sign in with mylcti.org account” with their student ID issued by LCTI. To login, visit lcti.org and click on the Skyward link at the top.

Both Catasauqua Area School District and LCTI will be closed Sept. 1-4 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Classes will resume Sept. 5.

The Catasauqua Music Department is hosting a gift card bingo Sept. 9 at Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, Northampton. Doors open 11 a.m., and bingo will begin 12:30 p.m. Your ticket will get you 20 games worth of boards.

Food and desserts will be available for purchase throughout the day. There will be 50/50 games, as well as basket raffles.

Tickets are cheaper when purchased in advance.
