Northampton Borough Fire Department is making residents aware there is now a used clothing drop-off at the station, which can be accessed through the main parking lot on the south side of the building, 4 Lerchenmiller Drive.

Both Northampton Area Public Library and Northampton Borough offices will be closed on Labor Day, Sept. 4.

Reminder: Delivery of mums ordered from Northampton Area Historical Society will take place at Siegfried Railroad Station 8-11 a.m. Sept. 9.

The deadline to order has passed.

The Uptown Northampton Street Fair will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 9 on Main Street.

The event features local merchants and craft vendors, live music, family-friendly fun and demonstrations, food trucks and local food vendors, beer and adult beverages, rock climbing and more.

Holy Trinity Nursery School, 1235 Main St., is currently registering for the 2023-24 school year.

The 2-year-old playgroup class will meet 9:30-11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Class size is limited to 12 children, who do not need to be toilet trained for this class.

The 3-year-old class meets 9-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children, who need to be toilet trained.

The 4-year-old class meets 12:15-2:45 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children, who need to be toilet trained for this class.

Children must turn the appropriate age for the class by Sept. 1.
