Louise I. (Greenawald) Beitler, 83, of Macungie, died Aug. 21, 2023. She was the wife of the late George W. Beitler Jr. Born in Seipstown, Lehigh County, she was the daughter of the late Robert F. and Irene L. (Bachman) Greenawald.

She was employed as a school bus driver for Paragon Transit in Salisbury Township for several years before retiring. Before that she drove bus for Leibensperger Transportation in Macungie for 25 years.

She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Trexlertown, where she sang with the senior choir for 20 years, was a member of the worship and music committee for 20 years and was the altar guild chairperson for 25 years.

She is survived by her sons, Gary G. and his wife, Deborah, of Pottstown, David G. and his wife, Lisa, of Fogelsville; grandchildren, Nathan and Brianna; sisters, Jean D. and her husband, Robert Becker, of Allentown, Gloria J. Snyder, of Breinigsville, Judy L. Greenawald, of Winter Harbor, Maine. She was predeceased by a brother, Frederick R. Greenawald.
