This past Sunday at Balliet Field in Coplay, the First Annual Whitehall Alumni baseball game took place. The contest was arranged by varsity head coach Eric Schmitt with the help of the booster club, which also helped to run the snack stand. There was a great turnout for the event given the quick planning. Players from several different years, each one getting announced along with some background information, took part in the game. Plans are already being made to do the event again next summer.
