Whitehall Township Public Library: Special guests to attend library’s upcoming storytimes

Join state Sen. Nick Miller, D-14th, 11 a.m. Aug. 31 for storytime and an activity for toddlers to kindergartners and their care givers.

Registration is required.

Whitehall Township Police Chief Michael Marks will read stories 11 a.m. Sept. 5, followed by a craft.

Registration for fall storytime will begin Sept. 5. Storytime includes crafts, activities and stories.

Tuesday preschool storytime is 11 a.m. Sept. 26-Nov. 14 for ages 37 months old to those in preschool.

Wednesday preschool storytime is 1:30 p.m. Sept. 27-Nov. 15 for ages 37 months old to those in preschool.

Thursday toddler storytime will be 11 a.m. Sept. 28-Nov. 16 for ages 12-36 months.

Kids can explore STEAM themes at Creation Station 6 p.m. Sept. 20. Kids in grades 3-6 can make their own puffy paint.

Registration is required.

There is a book sale planned for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 22 and 23.

The bag sale is set for noon-3 p.m. Sept. 23.

The library is currently accepting lightly used books and media for the event.

The library is accepting donations of new and collectible items for our fall basket raffle, set for Nov. 3-11.
