Criminal mischief
A 46-year-old female, of Breinigsville, allegedly broke a vehicle window at a location along Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 11:48 p.m. Aug. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Fraud
A resident of Cross Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, learned of $2,691.32 in fraudulent charges made to their account when checking a bank statement, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 23.
Forgery
A resident of Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, learned of an unauthorized charge made to an account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 24.
A check for $11,915.15 was altered and cashed, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 27 by A.T. Hobel Excavating LLC., 1011 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township.
Theft
A $2,000 check made out to Bethany United Methodist Church, Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, was reported as stolen May 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A resident of Bell Gate Road, Lower Milford Township, learned a check he made out to a credit card company was fraudulently cashed by an unknown person, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 9.
Someone allegedly altered two checks, one for $10,405.90 and one for $30,929.97, at a location along Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 14.

Retail theft
A 60-year-old male, of Whitehall, was taken into custody after store employees saw the man allegedly remove eye cream from a package in an attempt to steal it at Costco Wholesale, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, noon Aug. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Asset protection personnel told authorities the male had stolen from the store on multiple occasions.
Harassment
Two people were charged with harassment after an argument escalated into a fight at a location on Coventry Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:51 p.m. June 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. One person allegedly grabbed the other person by the shoulders and the second person allegedly slapped the other person in the face, according to authorities.
A 19-year-old female, of Macungie, told authorities she was struck in the back while shopping at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 13.
Scam
A resident of Spring Ridge Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, was asked to cash checks and transfer or convert the money into digital currency as part of a romance scam, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 22.
A resident of Tranquil Lane, Upper Milford Township, received a phone call from someone impersonating law enforcement authorities and advising the resident to pay money to avoid arrest, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Dog law violation
A person was bitten by a dog while running along Locust Valley Road, Lower Milford Township, after the animal left its owner’s property, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 7.
Criminal mischief
A 66-year-old male, of Coopersburg, was cited for criminal mischief after allegedly damaging a vehicle during an argument with another person at a location on Chestnut Hill Church Road, Lower Milford Township, 2:30 p.m. July 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Both people were cited for harassment relative to the argument, according to authorities.
