The annual hot rod and custom car jamboree Wheels of Time will be held at Macungie Memorial Park, 50 Poplar St., Macungie. The show opens 7 a.m. each day. The event includes car displays, music performances, a flea market, arts and crafts vendors and a food court.
Sept. 7
The Woman’s Club of Emmaus is inviting Pinochle and bridge players to a dessert card party 1 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 501 Chestnut St., Emmaus. There is a cost. This is the premiere fundraising activity for the club’s scholarship program. There will be delicious desserts and prizes. To reserve a table, contact Sandy at 610-395-6434. Space is limited.
Sept. 7, 8 & 9
40th Anniversary Fall Fest at St. Ann’s Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus. Event includes carnival rides, ethnic food, live bands, kids’ entertainment, raffles and bingo. For more information, visit www.churchstannfest.org.

Blank Slate and Kalmbach Memorial Park, 200 Cotton St., Macungie, will host a Peace Fest 6 to 8 p.m. in celebration of International Peace Day. The event will feature a potluck dinner and participants are encouraged to bring a dish reflective of their culture, family and/or faith tradition. Registration is required and seating is limited. Sept. 16
The annual Farewell to Summer Festival will be held 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Triangle Park and various venues in Emmaus. The festival is free and highlights include food trucks, music performances, face painting, a family-friendly movie at the Emmaus Theatre, a martial arts demonstration, storytimes, a tie-dye station, local artisans and businesses, chalk the walk and a scarecrow trail.
