The 42nd annual Coplay Community Days is coming Aug. 25-27.
Held at Saylor Park, Second and Keefer streets, Coplay, Community Days is a rain-or-shine event and has both free admission and parking.
On Friday night, enjoy music by the Aardvarks 7-10 p.m.
On Saturday, three bands will perform - Steel Creek 12:30-3:30 p.m., the Castaways 4-5 p.m. and Sofa Kings 6-9 p.m.
On Sunday, hear the music of Josef Kroboth noon-3 p.m., Sue Rabenold and Michael Scherer 3:30-4:15 p.m. and Brian Dean Moore 6-9 p.m.
There is no cover charge for any concert.
In addition to great performances, you can enjoy delicious festival foods and beverages, including adult drinks of beer, wine, seltzers and spritzer specials. No outside coolers or food are allowed.
There will be a craft fair held noon-7 p.m. Saturday.
If you think it couldn’t get any better, guess again! There will be free swimming all three days.
In addition, have fun Sunday at a family splash and dance party with deejay Freddie Frederick Jr. 1:30-4 p.m. and an Aqua Zumba party in the pool area with Tara Miller 4-5 p.m. Both activities are free.
Proceeds from Community Days will benefit local civic organizations.
