Wildlands Conservancy will be offering:

·Stream Team: Volunteer at Trexler Nature Preserve 8 a.m. to noon Aug. 25 at the preserve.

Join the Stream Team as they maintain vegetative areas along streams (riparian buffers) and help ensure the survival of young, native trees in the forest buffer.

These vital areas improve water quality in local communities, reduce erosion and flooding concerns, and provide habitat for wildlife.

Stream Team is a series of volunteer opportunities on Fridays through September.

This program is free.

Parking is located near Old Packhouse Road, Schnecksville.
