A lot consolidation, lot line adjustment and conditional use were reviewed at the July 24 meeting of the Salisbury Township Planning Commission.
By separate 4-0 votes, planners approved:
- The lot consolidation plan submitted by Manar Makhoul to consolidate 2740 Lanze Lane, 2762 Lanze Lane and 2790 Lanze Lane into one parcel. The three properties, which are unimproved, are in the CR, Conservation Residential zoning district.
- The line lot adjustment plan submitted by Robert J. and Kristen N. Bennett to relocate the lot line between 2000 Nottingham Road and 2159 Overhill Road. The parcel at 2000 Nottingham Road is proposed to become 3.34 acres and the parcel at 2159 Overhill Road is proposed to become 1.75 acres. Each property, improved with one dwelling unit, is in the R1, Rural Residential zoning district.
- Conditional use appeal submitted by Holcomb Associates, Inc. to utilize 1249 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 103, which is vacant, as an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center. The property, configured and used as two multi-tenant is in the C1, Office-Laboratory zoning district.
Salisbury Township municipal meetings in the municipal building, 2900 S. Pike Ave., include: 7 p.m. Aug. 9: zoning hearing board; 7 p.m. Aug. 16, environmental advisory council; 7 p.m. Aug. 23, planning commission and 7 p.m. Aug. 24, board of commissioners.
The 7 p.m. Aug. 10 board of commissioners’ meeting is canceled.
