There is still time to take a vacation or at least a fun day trip or two before the summer of 2023 is over.

There are exciting attractions and events locally, but the Little League World Series is just a few hours away in Williamsport. The games are scheduled for Aug. 16-27, and they are usually very action packed and entertaining.

The summer is winding down, and students are shopping for back-to-school supplies, clothes and dorm room necessities.
