Community Music School Lehigh Valley and Berks will present the next installment of its Faculty Showcase Luncheon Series, featuring guitar teacher, Joe Wagner, noon-1 p.m. Aug. 16.

Bring a lunch and enjoy a free selection of curated faculty performances in the art deco ambience of the Dorothy H. Baker Recital Hall at CMS, 1544 Hamilton St., Allentown.

Wagner’s instrumental solo guitar performances combines styles from his jazz, fusion and original musical projects to pay tribute to the composers and guitarists who have shaped his musical style.

Listeners will hear traditional jazz standards in the multilayered guitar style of Joe Pass and the percussive flamenco finger style technique reminiscent of Paco De Lucia.
