Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St., announces its lineup for the Friday night concerts. The doors and kitchen open 5 p.m. Bands perform 6-10 p.m.

The lineup is Chelsea Lyn Meyer Aug. 4, Video Daze Aug. 11, Trick Stacy Aug. 18 and Honey Buzzards Aug. 25.

St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., has planned its 69th annual picnic and homecoming for noon-9 p.m. Aug. 6.

Online registration continues at coplaysports.org for the Coplay Sports fall ball season. Baseball is for ages 4-15, and softball is for ages 5-8.

The Coplay Wednesday night summer series continues 6-9 p.m. at the borough’s Community Plaza, North Second and Chestnut streets.

Upcoming concerts will include Steve Brosky and Jimmy Meyers Aug. 16, The Castaways Aug. 30, Third Hand Trio Sept. 6 and The Jenni Hackett duo Sept. 13.

Coplay Community Days is scheduled for Aug. 25-27. It will feature quality entertainment, great food and fun.

The planning committee meets 7 p.m. the fourth Monday of every month at the municipal building, 98 S. Fourth St. These meetings are open to the public.
