Lehigh Valley Active Life, 1633 W Elm St., Allentown, will offer the following dances from 7-10 p.m. during August in the Trexler Room.

The per person fee includes refreshments.

·Aug. 19: “The Chas Band”

·Aug. 26: “Johnny K”

They will also be offering the following dance 1-3 p.m. in the Trexler Room.

The following creative arts classes will also be offered.

·Aug. 2, 7, 9: Arts and Crafts led by Trisha Baker, 9-11 a.m.

·Aug. 2, 4, 9: Suzanne Bauder’s Art for Everyone, noon.

New and advance students are welcome.

·Aug. 3, 10, 17: Knit and Chat group, 9 a.m.

Stop in, work on your own projects, knit, crochet or embroider.

·Aug. 4, 11, 18, and 25: “Acrylic” with instructor Judy Peters, 9:30 a.m.

Paint beautiful acrylic landscape scenery and subjects with brush techniques on canvas.

Bring a photo for inspiration, canvas, palette and an acrylic set with basic brushes.
