Connie Marie Metzger, 58, of Center Valley, died July 19, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the nine-year companion of Eric A. Getson, with whom she happily resided.

Born April 17, 1965, in Allentown, she was the daughter of Janice M. (Peiffer) Trumbauer of Topton and the late Ronald A. Trumbauer.

She spent her life loving her family.

The love she gave and the memories she made with them are her greatest joys and greatest accomplishments.

Her example of devotion will forever be carried on.

A recruiter for Bradley-Morris LLC, in Norfolk, Va., she also took great pride in assisting military personnel as they transitioned to civilian life.

Before her three years at Bradley-Morris, she worked for Air Products and Chemicals Inc., Trexlertown, for 23 years.

In addition to her companion and mother, she is survived by children Jamie A. Metzger of Germansville, Austin C. Metzger and wife, Ashley, of New Tripoli, and Devin M. Metzger and his fiancée, Victoria DiScala of Slatington; brother Brian R. Trumbauer and wife, Becky, of Topton; niece Farrah Metzger of Schnecksville; a niece and two nephews; and loving Oma to Autumn, Naomi and Archer.

She was predeceased by a brother, Butch Trumbauer.

A celebration of her life will be announced.
