The Wheels of Time cruise coordinator has issued a statement about burn outs during the Wheels of Time cruise night. “Wheels of Time does not condone any type of burn outs especially on Buckeye Road. Tire smoke is so bad, traffic cannot see to drive. If anything major happens such as an accident or death, there will be many lawsuits and probably the end of the Wheels of Time organization. Please act responsibly.”
