To the Editor:

Ashley K. is an ER nurse at St. Luke’s, Fountain Hill. This young lady was a ray of sunshine. My husband wasn’t feeling well and we ended up at the hospital.

Ashley K. introduced herself to us, listened to our concerns, told us exactly what she was going to do and checked on us frequently.

We explained about some medication ordered for him that was a concern of ours.

If she didn’t tell us what the pill was, we might have had a worse problem.

Thank you Ashley K. for being our ray of sunshine and for listening to us.

Even though my husband was admitted, she definitely made our day at the ER much easier.
