Franklin “Frank” E. Nolt, of Fullerton, died July 15, 2023, in Havre de Grace, Md. He was the husband of the late Josephine “Jo” A. (Siegfried) Nolt for 67 years.
Born in Coopersburg, he was a son of the late Carl R. Sr. and Reta N. (Loux) Nolt.
He was a 1945 graduate of the former Coopersburg High School. He earned both bachelor and master degrees from Penn State University.
He was in the U.S. Navy Air Corps during World War II.
He and his wife co-owned Budget Instant Print, Whitehall, from which he retired in 1999. Earlier, he was a CPA for Price Waterhouse and a tax manager for Scott Paper Company, both in Philadelphia. He was a director of audits for Johnson and Johnson, New Brunswick, N.J.
He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fullerton. He was a former deacon at Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley.
He was a secretary of both the Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce and the Whitehall Exchange Club, where he was president for one term.
He is survived by two daughters, Sherry Lee Fabriziani and her husband Tony of Maryland and Sandy Keane of Brewer, Maine; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and extended family.
He was predeceased by a brother, Carl R. Nolt and wife Eleanor.
There will be a calling hour 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service 11 a.m., July 29 at St. John’s UCC, 575 Grape St., Whitehall, 18052.
