The department assisted North Catasauqua police at Grove and Line streets and Catasauqua and North Catasauqua police with a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Third Street.

Police investigated a reported theft of a cellphone in the unit block of North Second Street.

A report of a resident being harassed by a neighbor brought police to the 200 block of South Second Street.
Officers investigated a report of threats in the 100 block of South Second Street.
A homeless person on the Ironton Rail Trail in the area of Chestnut and North Ruch streets was reported.

Police responded to a report of trespassing in the unit block of South Second Street.
The theft of a license plate in the unit block of North Front Street was investigated.
Officers responded to a report of a homeless person on the Ironton Rail Trail.
An unregistered, unattached trailer in the 100 block of South Second Street was reported.
Police investigated an ordinance violation in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.
A resident called the police station to request her daughter be listed as a runaway.
JUNE 30
A report of slashed vehicle tires in the 100 block of Chestnut Street had police on the scene.
Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at North Second and Keefer streets.
A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of North Ruch Street.
A resident reported two juveniles riding scooter-type vehicles in the area of Spruce Alley and South Fourth Street. She said they rode their vehicles into the road without slowing, causing her to nearly hit them with her car.
JULY 1
Police initiated contact with a bicycle rider on Chestnut Street after observing him ride through a red light and almost get hit by a vehicle driving through the opposite green light.
The department assisted Northampton police with a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Main Street involving drivers with arrest warrants.
JULY 2
Officers investigated suspicious activity on North Second Street. One of the individuals had an active arrest warrant and was placed in custody.
Police assisted an injured juvenile who was living on the Ironton Rail Trail south of Bridge Street. The youth was returned to his home in Northampton.
A noise complaint brought police to the 5500 block of Coplay Road. An apartment resident reported children running around loudly in another apartment. The parents of the children reported they feel they are being harassed.
JULY 3
A report of a cable wire in the roadway brought police to the unit block of South Eighth Street.
Police investigated an alcohol-related incident involving a drunk 17-year-old female in the 100 block of South Seventh Street.
JULY 4
A DUI arrest was made at North Second and Chestnut streets after officers witnessed suspicious driving behavior.
Police investigated a suspicious vehicle at Saylor Park.
A traffic stop was conducted in the 900 block of Chestnut Street.
Officers responded to reports of fireworks in the areas of South Seventh and Eighth streets.
The department assisted Whitehall police with traffic monitoring on Chestnut Street for a fuel sale at Sheetz gas station.

Police investigated a suspicious smell in the unit block of North Front Street. A resident had a fire pit smoking and smoldering in their yard.
An unwanted person in the 100 block of Front Street was reported.
Officers responded to a report of an abandoned ATV on the Ironton Rail Trail.

Police were on the scene of a hit and run in the 100 block of Chestnut Street.

Officers responded to a noise complaint in the area of Fifth and Coplay streets.
A found bike in the unit block of North Fifth Street was reported.

Police investigated a report of attempted fraud in the unit block of North Fifth Street.
Officers responded to a report of a male out of control and threatening to kill himself in the unit block of North Third Street. The juvenile was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
A welfare check was conducted on a female in the 100 block of North Ruch Street. The female, who reportedly appeared to be under the influence of meth, said her wallet had been stolen.
A scam report in the 100 block of North Ruch Street was investigated.
JULY 11
Police were on the scene of a verbal domestic disturbance in the unit block of South Second Street.
An exhaust theft in the unit block of North Fifth Street was reported.
JULY 12
Officers responded to a report of an unwanted person in the borough office acting erratically and reportedly exhibiting signs of being on a stimulant.
