Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

JUNE 11

A civil issue took place in the 100 block of Front Street.

Police investigated a noise complaint in the 100 block of Howertown Road. The individuals complied.

JUNE 12

Theft reports were investigated in the unit block of Cambridge Place, for a camera stolen; at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., for a theft from a storage locker; and in the 300 block of Race Street, for stolen cooper.

An opened fraudulent account report was addressed in the 200 block of Faith Drive.

A theft in the 200 block of Bridge Street is under investigation.

JUNE 13

A driver was cited in the 900 block of Race Street for a traffic violation.

Suspicious activity - a handwritten note - in the 600 block of South 14th Street was reported.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

In the 200 block of Church Street, a juvenile complaint had police at the scene.

A civil matter in the 500 block of Pine Street was addressed.

Police and the department’s K-9 assisted at West Catasauqua Park, 2301 Pine St., Whitehall.

JUNE 14

Traffic violations occurred at South 13th Street and Bath Avenue, at South 15th and Race streets and at Bridge Street and South Lehigh Avenue, Whitehall.

A temporary protection-from-abuse order was issued in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

In the 100 block of Canal Street, a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter took place. No arrests were made.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Church Street.

JUNE 15

Traffic violations took place on Second Street, with the driver cited, and at South 15th and Green streets, with the driver cited.

In the 800 block of Poplar Street, suspicious activity and a neighbor complaint had police at the scene.

An unwanted person in the 100 block of Pine Street was reported.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

A parking complaint in the 100 block of Limestone Street was addressed.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 700 block of Front Street.

JUNE 16

Officers conducted a welfare check for New York Children and Youth in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

JUNE 17

A loose dog in the 500 block of St. John Street was returned to its owner.

JUNE 18

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1100 block of Second Street.

In the unit block of Second Street, an animal complaint was investigated.

A lost child in the 900 block of Race Street was reported. The parent was found.

JUNE 19

A 25-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 700 block of Race Street for driving under the influence. A reportable motor vehicle accident was involved in the case. Charges are pending.

In the unit block of Second Street, a vehicle was ticketed and towed due to a parking violation.

A bicycle was stolen in the 100 block of Walnut Street.

Officers investigated a disturbance between a parent and child in the unit block of Stonewood Place. No arrests were made.

JUNE 20

A security check was conducted in the unit block of Race Street.

At Bridge and St. John streets, a driver was cited during a vehicle stop for a violation.

Charges are pending in a domestic harassment by communication case in the 600 block of Walnut Street, involving a protection-from-abuse violation.

A burglar alarm sounded in the 600 block of Lehigh Street.

In the 700 block of Third Street, a lost dog was found and reported to police.

JUNE 21

Traffic violations occurred in the 800 block of Race Street, with the driver cited; in the 500 block of Race Street, with a written warning issued; and on Pine Street, with the driver cited.

A missing dog from the 300 block of Church Street was reported.

Police addressed juvenile complaints in the 400 and 700 blocks of Second Street.

Officers conducted welfare checks in the 700 block of Second Street and the 200 block of Bridge Street.

JUNE 22

A domestic dispute took place in the 700 block of Front Street.

Disorderly conduct, involving juveniles arguing, in the 500 block of St. John Street was reported.

In the 100 block of South 14th Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

An animal and a noise complaint were investigated at the same residence in the 500 block of East Wood Street.

JUNE 23

Traffic violations occurred in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue and at Pine and Front streets.

Officers checked on a person on Pine Street.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Front Street was reported.

Scam phone calls involving threats in the 100 block of Howertown Road were filed with the department.

JUNE 24

A noise complaint in the 700 block of Front Street was addressed.

A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation during a vehicle stop on Pine Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Walnut Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Howertown Road, North Catasauqua.

JUNE 25

Verbal domestic disturbances were investigated in the 100 block of Front Street and the 100 block of Walnut Street, the latter involving an investigation twice at the same residence between a mother and daughter. No arrests were made.

JUNE 26

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police at Grove and Line streets during a traffic stop and in the 1100 block of Third Street for a verbal domestic disturbance, both in North Catasauqua. No arrests were made for the latter.

JUNE 28

Traffic violations took place in the 700 block of Front Street, with the driver cited, and at Fifth and Pine streets, with the driver warned.

A catalytic converter was stolen in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

A juvenile with BB guns in the 400 block of Limestone Street was reported.

Suspicious people on property in the 600 block of Lehigh Street had police at the scene.

No arrests were made during a verbal domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Front Street.

Police responded to an animal complaint in the 500 block of East Wood Street. The case was referred to an animal control officer.

JUNE 29

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police at Third and Cypress streets and in the 1400 block of Main Street.

An animal complaint in the 700 block of Crane Street was addressed.

JUNE 30

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report at the same residence in the 500 block of Race Street twice.

A hit and run to a motorcycle took place in the 200 block of Wood Street.

In the 700 block of Second Street, police addressed a juvenile complaint.
