Frank P. Sarko Jr., 71, of Bethlehem, died July 18, 2023, in his home. He was the husband of Sandra L. (Bertsch) Sarko for 48 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Frank P. Sarko Sr. of Bethlehem and the late Elizabeth (Snyder) Sarko. He worked in the rolling and combination mills department at the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation for about 28 years. He then worked at Kraft Foods, Fogelsville, and Northampton Community College in the maintenance department.

He was a social member of the former Old River Road Fire Company, Eastern Salisbury. He competed in dart and shuffleboard leagues throughout the Lehigh Valley. He was a member of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Eastern Salisbury.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a brother, Wayne T. Sarko and his wife Priscilla; a godson, Ryan Sarko and his wife Susanna of West Virginia; two brothers-in-law, Barry E. Bertsch and his wife Denise of Fogelsville and Scott R. Bertsch and his wife Patty of Schnecksville; nieces; nephews; and extended family; and best friends, Susan and Joe Parisi.

He was predeceased by a brother, John Sarko.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
