Elia E. Vega Otero, 77, of Bethlehem, died July 18, 2023, surrounded by family. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Elias Vega Agusto and Maria Trinidad Otero. She was the wife of the late Dolores Ortiz.

She was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She is survived by three children, Arturo Sanchez Vega, Omyra Sanchez Vega and Luis E. Alecia Vega; two brothers, Elias Otero Rivas and Freddie Otero Rivas; a sister, Santa Maria Gonzalez; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
