A 41-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 15 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1700 block of Paxford Road, according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A 34-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged June 1 with alleged theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following an incident in the 3100 block of Sussex Road, according to Salisbury police.
Copper ground wires were removed throughout the area of the electrical substation located in the 700 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported by PPL Electric Utilities May 23.
Possession
A 39-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged May 26 with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.
Accidents involving injury
A 53-year-old male, of Freemansburg, was charged May 15 with alleged accidents involving death or personal injury while not licensed and careless driving following a traffic accident in the 200 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
Warrant arrest
A 50-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 26 with allegedly being a fugitive from justice following a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police. The male was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant from Mercer County, N.J., according to authorities.
Burglary
A window was broken out and a rock was found on the floor at Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 24.
Truancy
A 16-year-old male was charged May 17 with alleged truancy after an excessive number of absences from Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Theft from vehicle
Someone removed items valued at $600 from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Sussex Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported June 1.
Scam
A resident of the 600 block of Scholl Avenue sent $950 in digital currency to a person she believed to be a male in the U.S. Army stationed in Syria, according to Salisbury police. When a second request for money was made she did not send it. The incident was reported May 30.
Fraudulent purchases
A resident of the 300 block of East Wayne Avenue learned her credit card was accessed and fraudulent purchases totaling more than $5,000 were made in 2022 and 2023, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported May 22.
DUI
A 66-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 20 with allegedly driving under the influence and obstruction of justice following a motor vehicle accident in the area of South 24th Street and Lehigh Parkway North, according to Salisbury police.
A 67-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged May 30 with allegedly driving under the influence and related offenses following a motor vehicle accident in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
