Emmaus Rotary Club presents scholarships

RICHARD CHARTRAND The Emmaus Rotary Club presented two $1,000 scholarships to Emmaus High School graduates Amanda Gross and Natalie Hummel at the July 13 meeting at the Superior Restaurant, Emmaus. Presenting the checks are Rotary Club President Salvatore Verrastro, Dr. Anthony Moyer, Natalie Hummel's mother, Julie, Natalie Hummel, Scott Schultz, son of the creator of the scholarship program, Amanda Gross and her mom, Heather Gross.
Amanda Gross will attend Kean University in New Jersey in the fall and will study interior design.
Natalie Hummel will attend Penn State Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences in the fall on the road to becoming a veterinarian.
