Eileen J. Miller, 87, of Treichlers, died July 11, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Miller.

Born in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of the late Paul F. and Helen (Samski) Craven.

She was a teller for Wells Fargo, Catasauqua, for 16 years until she retired in 2008. Earlier, she was a manager of china and clearance items for the former Hess’s, Whitehall, until the store closed.

She was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church, Cherryville, and volunteered with service bulletin preparation and other duties.

She was a former bowler with the Monday night women’s league at the Democratic Club, Danielsville, for years. She was a former den mother for the Cub Scout troop at St. Paul’s Indianland Church. She was a server at Lehigh Township Elementary School for several years.

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon L. and her husband Paul Ballek of Treichlers; a son, Eric and wife Elizabeth of Alpine, Texas; two granddaughters, Holly and her husband David Kordalski of Berlinsville and Amy Silfies of Northampton; and four great-grandchildren, Matthew, Rebecca, Violet and Brooke.
