Wayne D. Hillmann, 72, of Wescosville, died July 1, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He and his wife, Patricia A. (Toussaint) Hillmann, would have been married 50 years in October.

Born in Albany, N.Y., he was a son of the late Henry G. and Naydine M. (Nichols) Hillmann.

He worked in retail for Wickes Hardware for 25 years and then Sears before retiring.

A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served during the Vietnam War.

He was an active member of Faith Church where he served as a deacon and a leader of the Safe Team.

An avid marksman, he loved to fish and was a ham radio enthusiast.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Heather M. Hillmann (Jeff Martin) of Fleetwood and Cheryl A. Scott of Allentown; and granddaughter Briana.
