The summer weather has been quite humid and oppressive lately. During these hot days, remember to check on your elderly friends, family and neighbors.
Make sure fans and air conditioning are accessible.
If you do go outside, remember to hydrate and limit time doing any strenuous work or activity. Make sure your pets are kept cool and hydrated, too.
