To the Editor:

I want to bring this to your attention.

Trash is not being picked up in our neighborhood. We are contracted with A.J. Blosenski.

We have had problems with them for at least a year with on/off pickups. We stayed with them when Whitetail came through because they were a family company and used to provide good service.

This spring things got worse.

From when I started keeping a record there was no recycle pickup in June and garbage only on June 16. The last message from them they scheduled a pickup for July 6.

Guess what, no show.

Other routes are being picked up. We received a notice from them the end of June stating they are terminating service in our area July 19. We contacted Whitetail but their service will not start until mid-August.

I think the trash is becoming a health and safety issue as trash is piling up. Do you have any solutions to this problem?

Also, I think we should be reimbursed for the lack of service. The garbage pickup is our biggest concern.
